Cancellation Policy.

1. Cancellation by the client

You may cancel an order before work has commenced for a full refund. Once work has started, cancellation charges apply on a pro-rata basis for the work already performed, calculated at our standard hourly rate and/or the cost of any third-party resources already engaged on the project.

2. Cancellation by Inviqa Softwares

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

• The work requested falls outside our capability or availability.
• Payment could not be verified or was disputed.
• The work would require us to breach applicable laws or this agreement.
• The client breaches the terms of this agreement materially.

In such cases, we will refund any amounts paid for unstarted work within 7 business days.

3. How to cancel

Email info@inviqasoftwares.com with your order ID and reason for cancellation. We will acknowledge within 48 hours and confirm the refund amount and timeline.

4. Refund timelines

Refunds due under a cancellation follow the timelines described in our Refund Policy.
