1. Introduction

By accessing or using our website https://inviqasoftwares.com or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Services offered

We offer professional information technology services, including software design, software development, IT solutions, IT consultancy, custom software builds, web application development, mobile app development and UI/UX design. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing for each engagement are confirmed in writing (email or formal proposal) prior to commencement.

4. Pricing & GST

All prices on this website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless explicitly stated otherwise. Applicable GST at the prevailing rate (currently 18% for IT services) will be added at checkout and will be shown separately. We issue GST-compliant tax invoices against every paid order.

5. Orders & acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline or partially fulfil any order at our discretion, including where technical, fraud-prevention, compliance or capacity concerns arise. If we decline your order after payment has been received, we will refund the full amount to the original payment method within the timelines stated in our Refund Policy.

6. Payment

Payments are processed through our UPI-based payment gateway. We do not store card or bank credentials on our servers. By making a payment, you authorise the respective payment processor to debit the amount from your chosen payment method.

7. Delivery of services

As we provide digital services, "delivery" is defined as the commencement of work and the subsequent handover of agreed deliverables (code, designs, reports, consultancy outputs). Specific timelines are agreed in the individual engagement proposal. Delays caused by the client (including but not limited to delayed feedback, incomplete information, scope changes) may extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

8. Intellectual property

All original work produced for a client under a paid engagement (custom code, designs, documentation) is transferred to the client upon full payment, subject to the specific terms of the engagement agreement. We retain rights to pre-existing intellectual property, reusable libraries, methodologies and general know-how developed over the course of our business. Open-source components are subject to their respective licences.

9. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: fraud, money laundering, infringement of intellectual property, distribution of malicious software, harassment, or any activity prohibited under Indian law. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services where we reasonably believe such use is occurring.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the six (6) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless INVIQA SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, officers, employees and agents from any claim, liability, damage or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any applicable law.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

We endeavour to acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and resolve them within 15 days.
